  • The duration of each archaeological site visit is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Transportation will be provided by car between the sites, and walking will be required only within the archaeological sites.
Machu Picchu - Cusco
  • Pick up in Cusco.

    • A transfer from Machu Picchu GATEWAY will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 AM.
    • You will be driven for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to the train station in Ollantaytambo.

  • Take a Train

    • Board the train at either 6:10 AM or 6:40 AM for a 1.5-hour journey to Aguas Calientes, the base town of Machu Picchu.

  • Breakfast

    • Upon arrival, meet the guide from Machu Picchu GATEWAY with a sign or your names.
    • Take 20 to 40 minutes of free time to grab coffee, snacks, or use the restroom.

  • Bus to Machu Picchu

    • Join the line to take a 30-minute bus ride from Aguas Calientes to the main gate of Machu Picchu.
  • Photography Moments

    • Enter Machu Picchu with the tour guide.
    • Enjoy a guided tour of the Inca city, lasting approximately 2.5 hours.
    • Explore the important sites and capture the stunning views.

  • Take a Bus

    • After the tour, take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you'll have some time to buy lunch or explore the town.

  • Take a Train

    • Head to the train station to catch the train back to Ollantaytambo.
    • The train departs around 14:30 or 14:55, and the journey takes 1.5 hours.

  • Transfer to Cusco:

    • Arrive at Ollantaytambo train station and meet the transfer from Machu Picchu GATEWAY.
    • Enjoy a 1.45-hour drive back to Cusco.

  2. Fill in “Book Online” FORM, select the date, and complete the booking information. Have one person fill it out for the entire group to ensure you’re booked together.
  3. Make a payment online using any debit or credit card, Our system will charge you 40% in advance of the total number of passengers.
  4. When you complete your payment, you will receive an email from our reservations staff, who will ask you for the following information for each passengers (by email and photo).

Optional: You can pay the full tour amount upfront to avoid any future payment concerns. Ask for the total payment link.

 

The remaining BALANCE is due 48 hours before the tour begins. You can pay in CASH (soles or dollars) or CREDIT CARD (+ 4 %) at the office in Cusco or in your hotel/hostal/apartament.
