🔄 Can I Reschedule My Day Tour in Cusco?

  • ✅ Yes, you can reschedule your tour, as long as the change is requested at least 24 hours before the start of the service.
  • Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accepted.

❌ Can I Cancel a Day Tour in Cusco?

✅ Yes, you can cancel your booking, but penalties apply depending on how far in advance you notify us:

  • More than 15 days before the tour:

🟢 A 30% cancellation fee applies for administrative and commission costs.

  • Between 5 and 15 days before the tour:

🟡 A 40% cancellation fee applies for operational and processing expenses.

  • Between 48 hours and 5 days before the tour:

🟠 A 70% cancellation fee applies due to confirmed services.

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour:

🔴 No refund will be issued.

🕘 What Happens If I Arrive Late or Don’t Show Up?

If you don’t show up at the scheduled time, it will be considered a NO SHOW, meaning:

  • ❌ No rescheduling option
